About our foodbank
There is normally a foodbank centre open somewhere in the City of Coventry 6 days a week as Coventry Foodbank distributes food through 13 partner churches.
Our foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in our local area.
We aim to provide our clients with three days worth of emergency food, along with other support beyond food to help them solve their crisis and we fed over 34,500 people through the Covid Pandemic up to March 2021.
Coventry foodbank is proud to be part of the The Trussell Trust’s UK foodbank network. There are over 420 foodbanks in the UK and locally Rugby, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Stratford, Warwick and Leamington have all joined the network as well.
